Laptop model: Compaq Presario CQ41 227 TX Recently, i've been facing this strange problem that whenever i turn off my laptop, the mouse connected to one of my USB ports is still powered on EVEN THOUGH my laptop is turned off and it's not charging which means power is still being supplied to ALL the USB ports as i tried plugging in my mouse to a different USB port and is still powered on.
